Don’t see your plan?
Plans change every year and many have out-of-network chiropractic benefits. Call (253) 853-7580 with your member ID and we’ll check your coverage before you come in.
Paying without insurance
We offer clear self-pay rates. Ask the front desk for the current fee schedule before your first visit.
